What is the crews’ progress? 

From late July into October 2024, CenterPoint Energy’s authorized contractors will work in Fridley on the following streets:

• Ashton Avenue NE from 62nd Way NE to halfway between 66th Way NE and 66th ½ Way NE
• 62nd Way NE from East River Road to Ashton Avenue NE
• In the CenterPoint easement heading east from Ashton Avenue NE to 6536 Main Street NE

While Michels Corporation will replace a natural gas main, Q3 Contracting will restore the affected areas respectively. During this time, please expect road closures with detours. The crews do not anticipate any natural gas interruptions during this time.
