MN Limited, LLC. and Michels Corporation, two authorized CenterPoint Energy contractors, will continue installing natural gas pipeline in the following locations:
Hennepin Avenue, from Washington Avenue N. to 2nd Street N.:
- Crews continue to install pipe along the east sidewalk of Hennepin Avenue.
- No parking is allowed along northbound Hennepin Avenue.
- Please anticipate intermittent lane closures for eastbound and westbound Washington Avenue N. traffic.
2nd Avenue N., from 2nd Street N. to 1st Street N.:
- Final construction is underway.
- Restoration will be completed by the end of the week.
At the intersection of 2nd Street S. and 13th Avenue S.:
- Final construction is underway.
- Restoration will be completed by the end of the week.
Crews will be working in the above areas until Thursday, July 2nd. Crews will be off until Monday, July 6th for Independence Day weekend.
