The meetings will be open to the public, but precautions as set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, Minnesota Department of Health, and Carver County Public Health should be exercised. Alternatively, participants can join the meetings remotely via Zoom conferencing services and provide comments at the Regular Meeting. Zoom is a free service and can be accessed via the following:

Work Sessions are conducted to provide the City Council with introductory information, opportunities to provide staff guidance, and to facilitate initial conversations on a topic. The City Council will not take formal action during a Work Session. There is not an opportunity provided for members of the community to provide comments or ask questions during a Work Session. Those interested in providing comments to the City Council, related to a work session topic or any other City related topic, are encouraged to participate in "Community Comment" during the Regular Meeting that begins at 7:00 PM.

Members of the public wishing to give input or testimony during the Community Comment and/or a Public Hearing may do so during this meeting.
