The Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board, the City of Saint Paul, and Ramsey County Planners would like to celebrate all of the amazing input we've gathered from community members throughout the last five months. Come view these ideas and vote for your favorite emerging strategies!

How to get there
Christ Lutheran Church on Capitol Hill is located on University Avenue just east of the Capitol/Rice St LRT station and adjacent to the State Capitol Building near bus lines 3, 62, 67, and 262. On-street parking is available where permitted and paid public parking is available in Lot C (on University and Rice) or the Bethesda Hospital parking ramp on Park Street, one block north of University Avenue. For the event, enter from the north (parking lot) side, take the stairs or elevator down one level, and look for signs or guide persons bearing the Capitol Rice logo.
