An update of the HOC Design Framework, originally established in 1999 is underway. For over 20 years the Design Framework has guided private development and public realm design in the District toward the community’s vision of an attractive, vibrant, and pedestrian-friendly district. Now it’s your opportunity to help shape the future of the HOC area going forward into the next 20 years.
Where: Fire Muster Block Party: Nicollet Commons Park
Date: Wednesday, September 8, 2021
Time: 5:30-8:30pm
If you can’t make it to the Fire Muster Block Party to provide feedback on September 8 that is okay! You can submit your feedback and questions online, subscribe to updates or visit an in-person event in the future. To learn more about the HOC Design Framework Update visit the project website.
