 Youth Mental Health Awareness Retreat
Join us for a Youth Mental Health Awareness Retreat designed to support youth well-being, empower parents, and strengthen our community. Youth will learn practical skills to maintain and improve their mental wellness, while parents and caregivers will gain tools to recognize early signs of concern and provide meaningful support.
Community members will learn strategies to help protect youth from negative influences, and mental health practitioners will be present to share insights and connect families with helpful resources.
The retreat will also feature Mahmoud Abdul Raul, who will share his personal story of struggle, growth, and success in achieving mental wellness, offering inspiration for youth and adults alike.
We welcome youth, parents, caregivers, and community members to join us as we work together to build a healthier and more supportive environment for our young people.
