Here is the schedule of work the contractor plans to do within the next few weeks:
Greenhaven Neighborhood (Phase 1)
- The contractor will clean up the boulevards and level dirt.
- Topsoil will be added to the boulevards starting Monday.
- Sodding could happen as soon as the end of next week. We will send out instructions soon on how to care for your new sod.
- Mailboxes will be reinstalled starting Wednesday.
- Irrigation systems will be installed mid to late next week.
- Tree replacements: Contractor is working on a schedule to install trees. The city inspector will drop off a wooden stake with the name of your tree choice and a letter of instructions about where to place the wooden stake in your yard. This wooden stake will let the contractor know where you’d like your tree to be planted in your front yard.
- The last layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled to be paved during the week of October 6.
