On September 8, 2025 City Staff is bringing the preferred scenario for the Northwest Growth Area Plan to the City Council to request preliminary approval to the scenario based on community engagement responses collected at the January 22, 2025, and May 7, 2025 open houses as well as through online opportunities.
This action will allow staff to move forward with environmental review. There will be additional opportunities to comment on the plan prior to its adoption. To see the preferred scenario and provide feedback prior to the September 8 City Council meeting, please visit the project page.
