The Blue Line Extension DREAM process is coming to Brooklyn park!
The Blue Line Extension DREAM process empowers communities to dream of what is possible with the investment of light rail and all that comes with it.
DREAM is a strategic visioning framework that aims to Develop Recommendations, Empower Action and Mobilize. Through guided facilitation, participants are able to navigate complex systems to create a shared vision for their community.
The process is designed to help define and crystalize those visions so communities are prepared to guide the investment light rail can spark to maximize benefits for the people and businesses in the corridor today and for generations to come.
