 Free College Campaign: November 2024
The North Star Promise Scholarship is an ongoing opportunity which has already impacted over 16,000 Minnesota residents who are enrolled at public colleges this fall. We anticipate even more residents will take advantage of tuition-free college in the years to come as more and more people are becoming aware of the opportunity.
BBAY would also like to thank all of the Free College Campaign Coalition members and Task Force for their engagement and collaboration in executing a successful campaign. While BBAY's Free College Campaign is coming to a close, our commitment to increasing access to college and career pathways persists.
In August, BBAY partnered with The Linden Group to create 7 videos in multiple languages to reach Brooklyns residents. The purpose of these videos is to spread awareness about the opportunity of free college tuition through the North Star Promise Scholarship.
These videos are available on our Free College Campaign site page under Community Partner Resources. We are also posting these videos on our Facebook and Instagram. Help us continue to spread the message by sharing / reposting these videos or tag us in your posts!

- Determine your dependency status and whether your parent(s) or spouse will be required to contribute information on your FAFSA form.
