The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office has partnered with Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center to offer a crucial opportunity for individuals who have served their sentences to seal eligible records. Expungement plays a vital role in offering a fresh start, and we are here to guide you through the process.
What to Expect:

Expungement Services: This prosecutor-led program streamlines the process for adult felony cases charged or prosecuted by the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office.

Community Fair: Connect with local organizations offering valuable resources and support.
Eligibility:
Only adult felony cases handled by the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office are eligible for review and possible sealing.
Pre-Registration & Walk-Ins:

Pre-Register for a 30-minute time slot with an attorney to skip the line (for eligible cases only).
- Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be prepared for potential wait times due to high demand.
Light refreshments will be provided. Help spread the word about this free event!
