The Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority (EDA) is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of several EDA-owned parcels.
There are five available properties, including the former Metro Transit Park & Ride (4201 95th Ave N) and four adjacent Oxbow sites.
Developers are encouraged to propose on one or more parcels and include creative approaches like community benefits agreements and local hiring. Small, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), women, and veteran-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.

Submissions are due November 18, 2024. A selection panel will review the proposals along the criteria specified in the RFQ and make a recommendation to the EDA based on the information provided.
