The Minnesota Board of Dentistry would like to remind you that your license is due to expire on March 31, 2022.
If you have already renewed your license you may disregard this notice.
Dentists who hold a sedation certification: Your sedation certification is due to expire on March 31, 2022 as well.
Click the tab below to renew your license/sedation certification on-line for the biennial period April 1, 2022 - March 31, 2024.
If you do not have current CPR please mark 'yes' in the renewal so that you can complete your online renewal. Due to the current pandemic, the Board is allowing a variance on CPR renewal certification to July 31,2022
You MUST NOT administer sedation if you have not renewed by the expiration date!
For GA and CS renewals you MUST be current in ACLS/PALS and BLS CPR to renew, see CPR variance above.
For CSS renewals you MUST be current in BLS CPR; your contracted provider MUST be current in ACLS/PALS CPR to renew, see CPR variance above.
