Everyone wants a good life. For all of us, making decisions about what that looks like can be overwhelming. Individuals with disabilities often face additional barriers in making these decisions. Person-centered planning is one way to help individuals get on the path to the life that they want.
Join Bloomington Human Services and The Arc to learn about person-centered planning Wednesday, November 1, 5 - 8 p.m. at Civic Plaza (1800 W. Old Shakopee Rd., Bloomington).
Bring your own tablet or laptop or use one available at the session to try out The Arc’s new online tool and talk about how to use what you’ve learned.
This event is free and a light dinner will be provided. Space is limited.
Register online. You will receive an email from The Arc prior to the event with a link to the online tool.
Registration information will be shared with co-sponsors. For accommodations, please contact Bloomington Human Services at 952-563-4944, TTY 952-563-8740 one week in advance.
