Become a seller at the August 5 Community Garage Sale!
Saturday, August 5 from 8 am-2 pm in the Recreation Activities Center Parking Lot
Are you decluttering and cleaning? As you sort out your items, don’t throw them away, try to find a new home for them by joining our Community Garage Sale. Let’s reduce our community’s waste and repurpose items to new homes.
You will be responsible for providing your own tables to set items on, collecting money and making change, set-up and takedown of your area. Tents will only be allowed if they are secured and weighed down. Selling spots include three 8×12' parking spots (one of which is for your car). Set up begins at 7 am.
No furniture, no paraphernalia and seller must take all unsold items with them. We will run the event in light rain and cancel if we have storms. No retail sellers or craft vendors. Sellers must be West Bloomfield residents. One selling spot per household.

Sunset Yoga
Tuesdays, 8/1-8/29 from 6:30-7:30 pm at Marshbank Park, ages 13+
A yogi favorite every year! Meet at the top of the hill at Marshbank Park for gentle yoga as the sun dips down. This class is perfect for beginners and the instructor will guide you through the entire practice.
Pre-paid individual classes are available for this program.

Marshbank Music Kicks Off Tonight!
Wednesday, July 19 from 5:30-8:30 pm at Marshbank Park
Join us on the concert hill at Marshbank Park for 4 weeks of exciting live entertainment and great food. This week's event features music from The Insiders, a Tom Petty Tribute Band. Concerts are held on July 19, 26 and August 2 and 9 from 5:30-8:30 pm. Last week's rainout has been rescheduled to August 9.

Intro to Kayak Fishing with The Bassquatch Hunter
Thursday, August 10 from 5:45-8:00 pm at Marshbank Park, ages 6+
Mike has been fishing for a living out of high end, super stable kayaks and filming “The Bassquatch Hunter” show since 2015. Mike and friends will teach you how to bait a hook, catch fish, handle fish and safely release fish. You will also learn about kayak safety, how to catch fish from a kayak and have the opportunity to check out the kayaks that professional fishermen use. Have an awesome adventure into the world of dock fishing and kayak fishing!

Pokemon Journey Single Day Nature Camp
Tuesday, August 1 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm at the Recreation Activities Center, ages 6-12
Get your Pokémon Trainer's License and go on a journey to discover Pokémon with a naturalist! Campers will explore the similarities between animals in the wild and Pokémon we find while hiking. Campers will also design a Pokémon of their own.
