Wednesday, December 14 from 6-9 pm at Drake Sports Park, ages 14+
Back by popular demand, The West Bloomfield Police Foundation is working with instructor, Master Floyd Soo to offer this class! Participants will learn about the "Triple A's" (Awareness, Avoidance, Action). Most importantly, safety around cars, at home and how to prevent sexual assault. This is not a karate class. This teaches reality-based self-defense techniques used by professionals!

Vehicle Break-Ins in Parks:
We wanted to remind our park users to please make sure your vehicles are locked and don’t leave any valuables inside. If you see anything suspicious, please call the police to have them check it out. Always better safe than sorry.
Unfortunately, we have seen several vehicle break-ins over the past two weeks in our parks. We’ve had incidents at Drake, Marshbank and at the West Bloomfield Dog Park, with theft in unlocked vehicles or windows smashed in locked vehicles. The West Bloomfield Police Department have been reviewing our cameras and are working diligently to prevent future incidents.
