 Put your imagination “in gear” and join us for our first “Touch-A-Truck event!
Kids of all ages will get a firsthand look at police, fire, construction, trash and all the really cool work vehicles we see every day, but don’t get the chance to touch.
Several organizations will be bringing large vehicles for children to explore in including the West Bloomfield Police and Fire Departments, Farmington Hills DPW, Orchard Lake DPW, Rizzo Services, Lakeside Towing, Michigan Caterpillar, ITC Holdings, Reaction Tree Service, Busch’s Fresh Food Market and Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
Is your tummy rumbling? Several food trucks will be rolling in to give families the option to purchase dinner, beverages and snacks.
Summer Camp Sampler
The fun doesn’t end there. We are offering some really great camps this summer and we have invited the staff to this event so that you may meet them. This is your chance to participate in mini-clinics and receive information and answers to your camp questions!
Pet Therapy Program
This is a free event, but donations will be accepted to benefit Henry Ford Hospital’s Pet Therapy Program. Come learn about and meet therapy dogs that work at the hospital!

British Mini Kickers Soccer starts next Tuesday!

Ages 2-3 play from from 9:30-10:30 am
Ages 4-5 play from from 10:30-11:30 am
Mini Kickers is a exciting program that teaches basic soccer skills while developing strength, balance, coordination, listening skills and team work for children aged 2 - 5. A t-shirt and ball is included. The professional, licensed coaches will ensure your child has a positive soccer experience! Parent participation is required the first two weeks.

The Nutty Scientists will use a combination of interactive workshops, labs and shows to spark your child’s curiosity and interest in science. What makes this series special is the kids will be involved in deciding what topics they want to explore as we go along. Whether it is chemistry, DNA, motion, recycling, water conservation, technology or engineering, the children will not be disappointed. Science with a "Nutty" twist!
