Winter/Spring Certification/Reimbursement Requests Now Available
Institutions may begin certifying awards/requesting reimbursements for the Winter/Spring 2023 term/semester now! Institutions may also continue certifying awards/requesting reimbursements for the Fall 2022 term/semester.
The 2nd quarter payment date is scheduled for February 22, 2023. To be included in the 2nd quarter payments, awards must be certified and reimbursements requested by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on February 21, 2023. Only accepted requests that are submitted prior to the payment date will be included in the 2nd quarter payments. Accepted requests that are processed after the 2nd quarter payment date will be included in the 3rd quarter payment.
For institutions submitting requests via file upload, here are some helpful tips:
- Review the MiSSG File Formats.
- Do not delay! You will need time to review your upload results, which may require evaluating any errors and re-uploading your file.
You can review your errors by selecting, ‘The File has been processed but errors were found.’
- You may review the students who were successfully included in the payment request on the ‘Ready to Pay Roster.’
