The MI Student Aid team has been hard at work updating our systems with information regarding the new Michigan Achievement Scholarship. We are excited to share two new resources in the MiSSG High School Counselor Portal!

To help identify students at your school who meet the need component for the Michigan Achievement Scholarship, go to the FAFSA Completion Data screen in MiSSG. You'll notice a new column that reads: EFC<= 25000. Any student marked "Yes" has a qualifying EFC for the Michigan Achievement Scholarship.

The Letter for Michigan Achievement Scholarship Qualifying Students is now available in MiSSG! To access the letter and a list of students who meet the need component for the Michigan Achievement Scholarship at your school, visit the MiSSG High School Counselor Portal.

Counselors can gain access to our data management system, MiSSG by completing a Data Use Agreement (DUA). In MiSSG, authorized users can view student records including: FAFSA completion data, SAT records and eligibility for State programs including Michigan Competitive Scholarship, Michigan Achievement Scholarship and Tuition Incentive Program (TIP).
To access the DUA, visit our High School Counselor MiSSG Portal Resources.
