MiSSG Departmental Analyst, 9 – 12
This position responsible for administering multiple scholarship and grant programs within the Student Scholarships, Grants and Outreach Division (SSGO), within the Office of Postsecondary Financial Planning. This position will serve as the recognized resource person in coordination of the data management system, MiSSG. This employee will be responsible for completing complex tasks and projects and communicating to vendors, multiple state agencies, executive offices, and the Governor’s office on data projections and outcome data utilizing the MiSSG system alongside multiple data sources. In this position, the employee will lead SSGO program implementation within MiSSG and oversee data security criteria, and management to internal/external customers. This employee will support business operations by reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the data management system, MiSSG, Outreach methods and materials, and providing bureau-wide metrics, including ad hoc reports.
