Secretary of State to hold N.E. Michigan office hours on Nov. 13

Secretary of State Ruth Johnson today announced that representatives will hold office hours on her behalf in several northeast Michigan locations on Wednesday.

Office hours are:

9 a.m. – 10 a.m. Arenac County Building, Commissioners Room, 120 N. Grove St., Standish

11 a.m. – Noon. Tawas City Hall, Council Chambers, 550 W. Lake St., Tawas City

1 p.m. – 2 p.m. City Hall, Council Chambers, 121 N. 4th St., West Branch

3 p.m. – 4 p.m. Chamber of Commerce, 1625 W. Houghton Lake Drive, Houghton Lake

“We greatly value receiving feedback and ideas from Michigan residents,” Johnson said. “We want to hear what they like, what they don’t and how we can serve them better. I encourage any interested residents to attend.”

Staff will be available to speak with people about their ideas, concerns and constituent issues. Business transactions can be done at the Secretary of State offices at 529 S. Main St. in Standish, 1712 N. U.S. 23 in East Tawas, 2394 W. M-55 in West Branch and 2565 S. Gladwin Road in Prudenville or online at ExpressSOS.com.
