Secretary of State Ruth Johnson to visit Oakland University, encourage voter registration

WHY:
Coinciding with the voter registration deadline for the November election, Tuesday marks the last stop on a 3,000-mile Mobile Office tour of Michigan’s colleges and universities, encouraging voter registration among students and offering all other Mobile Office services. To date, the tour has registered more than 1,500 people. Secretary Johnson wants to encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity to register.
