The Secretary of State Mobile Office will join the upcoming Michigan Traffic Safety Summit in East Lansing, Secretary of State Ruth Johnson announced today.

The 23rd annual summit, which takes place at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center March 20-22, will include the Mobile Office from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the conference center lobby. The public is welcome to visit the Mobile Office during this event.

“Because traffic safety is an essential part of our mission, we’re pleased to return to this event,” Johnson said. “We want everyone on the roads to be properly licensed and their vehicles registered so stop by our Mobile Office to take care of your Secretary of State business.”

The Mobile Office also allows customers to register to vote, change addresses and get duplicate titles, among the many services provided. Residents are also encouraged to stop by if they have questions about Secretary of State services.

The summit requires pre-registration. Sessions will be offered on drugged driving, speeding and many other topics.
