Update will help customers access get-in-line-online service

CLARKSTON, Mich. – The Secretary of State’s North Oakland County PLUS Office will close for three days while minor remodeling takes place, Secretary of State Ruth Johnson announced today.

The office at 7090 Sashabaw Road in Clarkston will close Oct. 26-28, and will resume normal service at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29. The remodeling involves changing the counter line to make the MI-TIME Line kiosks more convenient for customers.

“This project is part of our commitment to continuously improve our service and the experience of customers who visit an office,” Johnson said. “We want them to have the best experience possible.”

MI-TIME Line allows customers to get in line from a home computer, branch kiosk, with a phone call or via text message. When you check in with MI-TIME Line, you’ll get calls or text updates on when your turn is coming up — meaning you don’t have to wait in the office.

Pontiac (MI-TIME Line service available here)
1270 Pontiac Road - Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday; 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

West Oakland County Plus
672 N. Milford Road in Highland – Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Rochester Hills
2250 Crooks Road – Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday.
