TAI CHI FOR HEALTH
Daniela Ostezan, Certified Instructor TCA, TCD. Tai Chi is focusing on fluid, circular movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Medical research shows that practitioners of Tai Chi benefit from increased flexibility, muscle strength, deep breathing and mental concentration. The basics are easy to learn and for many continue as a lifelong journey.

This welcoming club of Patchwork friends gets together on the first Tuesday of the month for hands-on stitching, fellowship, fun and learning. Whether you want to stitch your own project by machine or by hand, work on a charity project, or share with each other to learn a new technique, everyone is welcome. Bring your own project, equipment and supplies. Tables, ironing and cutting center provided.
