KICK THE KIDS OUT
 This December, Oxford Township Parks & Recreation is offering a unique opportunity for all parents- a place to drop off the kids in a safe and supervised environment, allowing you to have a few hours to yourself! Take advantage of this time to finish your holiday shopping or have a nice dinner out. We will provide pizza for dinner, along with crafts, various games, open gym and a movie. We will even have a special guest appearance from Santa!
Event date is Friday, December 15 at Oxford Elementary School from 6:30 pm- 10:00 pm. Cost is $20 (Oxford Residents Subtract $5). For children grades K-5.

BOYS BASKETBALL LEAGUE
 The boys recreational league is designed to enhance fundamentals and
teach the basic rules and strategies in a non-competitive environment.
The 2nd through 5th grade program will play on Tuesday and Thursday
evenings at Oxford Middle School. The 6th through 8th grade program will
play on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at Lakeville Elementary
school.

The new home of the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons, it opened in September 2017. We'll take a guided tour to experience the brand-new state-of-the-art facility and see several behind-the-scenes areas.
Enjoy lunch at Pizza Papalis, they only use the best and freshest ingredients. Lunch will include pizza, salad, breadsticks, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.
Before heading home WIN BIG at Greektown Casino. With more than 2,500 of the most exciting slots and video poker machines, action-packed table games and a live Poker Room, Greektown Casino in Detroit is 100,000 square feet of pure gaming thrills!

Are you looking for a local facility to hold a meeting or special event? Oxford Township Parks & Recreation is now offering rentals in our new building. Our updated facility not only houses our Administrative Offices, we also have a Community Room that is perfect for birthday parties, baby & wedding showers, family gatherings, meetings and more!
The Oxford Township Parks & Recreation Commission shall make the Oxford Community Room available Monday thru Friday to local non-profit and civic organizations engaged in leisure, educational, cultural, intellectual, or charitable activities in Oxford Township. The room will be made available to residents of Oxford Township as well as non-residents on Saturday and Sunday only.
