About the Community Mental Health Board
The Ottawa County Community Mental Health (CMH) Board of Directors is a policy governance board responsible for establishing policies and providing strategic and visionary leadership to the organization. This board is required pursuant to Section 226 of the Mental Health Code. It is comprised of 12 members including County Commissioners, CMH consumers and family members, and members of the general public, all of whom are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Members of this board serve three-year terms and meet every fourth Friday of the month at 9:00 a.m. at the Ottawa County Administration Building located at 12220 Fillmore Street in West Olive.
