URGENT NOTICE: OCCAA is not accepting Utility Assistance Applications at this time.

Due to a large influx in utility requests, OCCAA is currently taking a temporary pause on all new utility assistance requests.  We will continue to process applications that were received prior to today, August 5th and will alert the community once we are able to re-open new applications.

If you are in need of utility assistance while we are paused, please contact 2-1-1 to find available resources.
