Ottawa County Unemployment Rate for February 2023

Ottawa County’s preliminary unemployment rates for February 2023 were recently released by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. Ottawa County’s unemployment rate for February measured 3.5%, the same rate as January. This rate is the third lowest in Michigan for February, with unemployment rates ranging from 2.9% in Oakland County to 22.7% in Mackinac County.

Across Michigan, 44 counties saw their unemployment rate increase in February, while 22 counties saw their rates decrease. The remaining 17 counties saw their rates remain unchanged.
