Lake Watch Birding - Saturday 10/30/21 9am-12pm

North Beach Park/Grand Haven North Pier

*Meet at North Beach Park at 9am; Registration encouraged but not required.

Lake Watch Birding - Holland State Park

Join us for a morning of watching migration along the shores of Lake Michigan! We'll meet at North Beach and then caravan to Grand Haven's North Pier. Waterfowl, gulls and more will be the focus of this stationary birding event. Feel free to join us at any time. Bring optics including binoculars & scopes if you have them.

Be prepared for cool, windy & wet weather. If the waves are sloshing onto the pier, waterproof footwear would be helpful as well.  If the weather and waves become unfavorable, we'll retreat to Ottawa Sands for a walk.
