Ottawa County Preliminary Unemployment Rate for April 2021

The preliminary unemployment rates for April 2021 were released recently by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget. In one year, Ottawa County’s unemployment rate has decreased from a high of 20.4% in April 2020 to 3.7% in April 2021. This is currently the sixth-lowest unemployment rate in Michigan, with rates ranging from 14.1% in Mackinac County to 2.4% in Livingston County.
