2020 Ottawa County Local Unit Population Estimates

The 2020 City and Town population estimates were released by the Census Bureau on May 27. Some of the highlights are provided below. Please note that this data is not a 2020 Census release, but part of the Census Population and Housing Unit Estimates program. 2020 Census local unit population data will be released later this year.
Data Release Highlights
- Since 2010, all local units have either gained or maintained their population.
- Between 2010 and 2020, the greatest growth was seen in Allendale (31.2%), Jamestown (30.8%), Blendon (19.7%), and Grand Haven (19.0%) townships.
- Between 2019 and 2020, Jamestown Township experienced the greatest population growth (3.4%).
