Walk-in available tomorrow and Wednesday for COVID-19 vaccination

The Ottawa County Department of Public Health (OCDPH) has walk-in opportunity tomorrow, April 20 and Wednesday, April 21--limited to the amount of vaccine on hand. Vaccination is for anyone aged 16 years or older to receive their first-dose Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Parental consent is needed and date of birth proof is required (driver’s license, state ID or birth certificate).


Tuesday, April 20

Walk in between 1:30 pm - 4 pm

OCDPH Clinic at GVSU Holland Campus - 515 S Waverly Rd, Holland, MI 49423

  • This is for the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine for anyone aged 16 years or older.
  • Please do NOT go to get a first-dose at this time if you are not able to receive your second dose on May 19 (to be scheduled after receiving your first dose).

This is for the first dose of the Moderna vaccine for anyone aged 18 years or older. Please only schedule this first-dose appointment if you're able to receive your second dose on the corresponding day of the week during May 17-21 (to be scheduled after receiving your first dose).

  • This is for the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine for anyone aged 16 years or older.
  • If you prefer to schedule a time, go to the link or QR code below. After scheduling your first-dose appointment, please go back through the system again to schedule your second-dose appointment for May 15. 
  • Please bring the completed and signed Vaccine Administration Record (VAR). You will have the option to print the form after registering.
  • Each 16 or 17-year-old vaccine recipient must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
  • Please bring a prescription insurance card, if you have one.
  • Each vaccine recipient must bring their birth certificate, driver's license or passport with date of birth.

Fully vaccinated people who meet the criteria are no longer required to quarantine following exposure to someone with COVID-19, providing the individual does not have any COVID-19 symptoms. The immune period begins two weeks after the completion dose. Michigan is now requiring a 14-day quarantine. Individuals should keep their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to confirm their exemption from quarantine.  LEARN MORE
