Ottawa County Vaccine Notification
This notification was sent to those who subscribed to vaccine notifications from the Ottawa County Department of Public Health (OCDPH). If you already received the COVID-19 vaccine or already scheduled an appointment, please click on UNSUBSCRIBE.
The OCDPH and participating health partners have limited appointments available for eligible people to receive their COVID-19 vaccine at ONE of the locations and dates below. Anyone who does not fit within the vaccine eligibility criteria at this time will have their appointments canceled.
Please click on one of the red buttons below to schedule an appointment. This invitation does not guarantee an appointment. If you were not able to find an available time because all appointments were filled, we will notify you again via email/text message when more appointments become available.
We are only able to open appointment times based on the amount of vaccine provided to us from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. We are not given much notice as to how many vaccines we will receive week-to-week. We apologize for the inconvenience and short notice. Please be patient and wait for more notification rather than calling or stopping by the health department. Be assured we are vaccinating as quickly as we can and are sharing information as soon as we have it.
Please do not share the scheduling links or forward this email to anyone.

If you were not able to schedule an appointment with us, please be sure to also check out other agency locations offering the COVID-19 vaccine at www.VaccinateWestMI.com/register. This link includes the West Michigan Vaccine Clinic at DeVos Place or call 833-755-0696 for more information on how to schedule. If you're looking for vaccine information to help people who may have limited or no internet access, please call the Michigan COVID-19 hotline at 888-535-6136 or 2-1-1.
If you've signed up to receive vaccine notifications from multiple agencies, please be sure to only schedule your appointment at ONE location. Signing up for a vaccination appointment means a dose of the vaccine, a time-slot in the schedule and the staffing to deliver that vaccine are all reserved in your name. Signing up for vaccine appointments at multiple sites in West Michigan delays the vaccination process and hinders other people's access to the vaccine. Double scheduling can even risk wasting limited supplies because the vaccine must be used within hours of coming out of the freezer.
Avoid scams: Do NOT provide your social security number or other confidential information in the health department scheduling form or to callers stating they are from the health department. The OCDPH will NOT ask you for this information.

COVID-19 vaccination is an important tool to help stop the pandemic
- Wearing masks and physical distancing help reduce your chance of being exposed to the virus or spreading it to others, but these measures are not enough. Vaccines will work with your immune system so it will be ready to fight the virus if you are exposed.
- The combination of getting vaccinated and following CDC’s recommendations to protect yourself and others will offer the best protection from COVID-19.
- Stopping a pandemic requires using all the tools we have available. As experts learn more about how COVID-19 vaccination may help reduce spread of the disease in communities, CDC will continue to update the recommendations to protect communities using the latest science.
