Ottawa County Vaccine Notification

The Ottawa County Department of Public Health (OCDPH) has limited appointments available Thursday, February 25 for Pre-K through 12th grade education staff to receive their first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

You have been invited to schedule an appointment to receive your first COVID-19 vaccine. Please click on the red button below to schedule an appointment for Thursday, February 25. This invitation does not guarantee an appointment. If you were not able to find an available time because all appointments were filled, we will notify you again via email and/or text messaging when more appointments become available. We are only able to open appointment times based on the amount of vaccine provided to us from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. We are not given much notice as to how many vaccines we will receive week-to-week. We apologize for the inconvenience and short notice. Please be patient and wait for more notification rather than calling or stopping by the health department. Be assured we are vaccinating as quickly as we can and are sharing information as soon as we have it.

You will need to bring proof of employment at an Ottawa County school (badge, business card, etc. in combination with pictured ID).
