Trail Conditions

Cross-country ski trails have been rolled, but there is not quite enough snow for grooming yet. Trail condition information can be found here.

Winter Operations

COVID affected our operations, please check out the information on this page for details (highlights below): https://www.miottawa.org/Parks/winter-rec.htm
  • Visit the trail conditions page before you visit for lodge hours and rental info (and trail conditions, of course): https://www.miottawa.org/trails
  • Masks/face coverings are required everywhere except out on ski/snowshoe trails, including the sledding hill
  • If you will be renting equipment, be prepared to wait outdoors
  • Restrooms in the lodge will be open
  • Visitors should maintain 6' social distance from others
  • Wash your hands frequently before, during, and after your visit
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Now that winter operations have begun, which means the park is closed to walkers (and dogs) and bikes. Hemlock Crossing is a nearby option for walking and Riley Trails and Grand River Park are options for mountain biking (and walking)!
