Isolation, stress, and uncertainty can weigh heavily on a person's ability to cope and remain healthy. CMHOC encourages you to practice self-care techniques such as relaxation and deep breathing exercises, enjoying the outdoors, and talking to others about your feelings and concerns. Check in on you family, friends, and neighbors to see if they are doing okay.
