Clerk/Register of Deeds Expands Hudsonville Office Hours

Just in time for summer weddings (and their corresponding marriage licenses), the Ottawa County Clerk/Register of Deeds, Justin F. Roebuck, is adding hours to better serve Eastern Ottawa County at the Hudsonville Human Services facility (3100 Port Sheldon Road). The Clerk/Register of Deeds Office will be open on Tuesdays from 8AM to 12PM and 1PM to 5PM. Previously, the office had only morning hours at the location. Jody Hansen, the supervisor for the office, says that the additional hours will be monitored over the next several months to be sure the need continues at the Hudsonville location.

“We are very excited to pilot the extended hours of the Hudsonville location. Our office is continually seeking ways to improve services to meet our customer needs and we feel the extra hours of operation in Hudsonville will help us to accomplish that,” said Hansen

Services available at the Hudsonville location include:

  • Marriage Licenses
  • Birth and Death Certificates
  • Concealed Pistol Licenses
  • Business Registration (DBAs)
  • Notary Public

Services NOT available at the Hudsonville location:

  • Passports (only available in West Olive, 12220 Fillmore, by appointment)

Residents can also save time and order many documents online, such as Marriage Licenses, at miOttawa.org/servicecenter. Hours, locations and more details about the Ottawa County Clerk/Register of Deeds can be found at miOttawa.org/clerkrod.
