Are you a food service worker at a place such as a restaurant, school or nursing home? You are required to report illnesses that may be transmitted through food. Report symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea and jaundice. Do not return to work before the proper exclusion time. Also, report to your manager if you have one of the Big Five* illnesses so they can report it to the health department. |
