Ottawa County Honors Employees for Customer Service

Join us in congratulating Britney Brown from the Ottawa County Department of Public Health and Amy Bodbyl-Mast from Ottawa County Fiscal Services, who have been recognized as Ottawa County’s Outstanding Customer Service Award recipients for the first quarter of 2018. You can read the nominations which earned each recipient an award plus learn more about them at miOttawa.org.

“Amy provides excellent customer service with her honest and thoughtful approach to procurement and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of the Customer Service Award. She is quick, efficient and focused on obtaining the best value for the County. Fiscal Services is lucky to have Amy on our team!” said Karen Karasinski

“It comes as no surprise that Britney has received the Outstanding Customer Service Award," said Susan Keen, Nurse Supervisor. "She is a true representation of the Ottawa Way. As a Community Health Worker, Britney exhibits steadfast compassion, respect, patience and empathy for all of her clients, in many difficult situations. She is a true advocate for her clients, their families and communities. It is a pleasure to have her on the Pathways team.”

Implemented in 2012, the Customer Service initiative is one of the County’s Four C’s, along with Communication, Cultural Intelligence and Creativity. Customers can nominate an Ottawa County employee for an Outstanding Customer Service Award at miOttawa.org.
