Current-Road Resurfacing Item I: 

Road Name: Timeline:
Georgetown Subdivisions (Complete list on our website: www.ottawacorc.com/construction-projects) April 30-June 15
Quincy Street, from 22nd Ave. to County Line May 3- April 15

Upcoming- Resurfacing Item II:

Resurfacing on Item II is scheduled to begin in two weeks, specific dates will be announced next week.

Ransom St. from 124th to 120th Ave. TBA

Resurfacing does not close the road, it will remain open to through traffic, with lane closures.

84th Ave.- Riley St. to Quincy St. May 1-May 13
Rosy Mound Dr.- US-31 to Lakeshore Dr. April 30-May 6
Lincoln St.- 144th Ave. to US-31 April 16-June 3rd
Tyler St.- 72nd Ave. to 80th Ave. Feb. 21- Until Further Notice

Cottonwood Dr. Reconstruction: 

The Road Commission is still waiting for a start date from the contractor for the project. Utility installation has begun, and the tree cutting for the widening of the road is completed.
