Sexual health survey for 18-24-year-oldsYoung adults between the ages of 18-24 who live in Ottawa or Allegan County are being asked to complete a survey from the Ottawa/Allegan County Departments of Public Health about attitudes and behaviors surrounding sexual health. Please forward this survey link https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/OC_AC_Sexual_Health to people 18-24 years of age. The survey will ask about condom use, birth control use, and perceptions around sexual health topics. The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. This survey will be used to improve sexual health programs and messages to people in the 18-24-year-old age group. All information collected during this survey will be kept confidential and identifying information will not be saved. Taking part in this survey is voluntary. Completed survey participants will be eligible to enter a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card (five of these gift cards will be awarded)! Contact information will not be linked to survey answers.
