Numbers don't always tell you what you want to hear. Sometimes seeing big numbers can be disturbing, especially when those numbers represent cold, hungry or homeless people living right around you.

The total number of households in the graphic above is almost 4,400. The average number of people in assisted households is 2 which means over 8,800 people in Ottawa County in 2017 were positively affected by the housing-related programs of Community Action Agency!

Almost nine thousand...

It's hard to believe that almost 9,000 people in an area as prosperous as Ottawa County need that kind of qualified assistance, yet it's true.

Celebrating 30 Years of Keeping Kids Warm!

This year marks the 30th Anniversary of Walk For Warmth!

This event has helped tens of thousands of people in Ottawa County over that time. People who otherwise would have suffered frigid temperatures indoors if not the for the event, and the generosity of participants and walking teams!

Celebrate the 30th with us and come to this year's event and contribute $30 or multiples of 30!
