Ottawa County teen pregnancy rate is at its lowest in more than 25 years:

15.8 pregnancies among every 1,000 teen girls (2014)* 

The extraordinary declines in teen pregnancy and childbearing over the past two decades prove that progress can be made on tough issues. In fact, few social problems have improved quite as dramatically over the past two decades as teen pregnancy. 

By 12th grade 65% of teens have NOT had sex (in Ottawa County),

according to the 2015 Ottawa County Youth Assessment Survey (page 45).
