The following is an update on the current construction project within the Village of Milford as of April 30, 2025. Information on construction projects may be found at villageofmilford.org/roads. 

Projected dates and timelines are all weather permitting.

 

West Huron Street Project

West Huron St. between General Motors Road and the Peters Rd. Bridge will close to traffic starting on Monday, May 5, 2025 for road construction and will remain closed for the duration of the project, which is expected to last for several months. Peters Road will be closed to through traffic during this time. Janowski Park, including the baseball fields and the mountain biking trailhead, is accessible via W. Commerce Rd.

This project includes replacement of the road, drainage improvements, and a realignment of the pedestrian crosswalk near General Motors Rd. to improve sightlines.
