The following is an update on current and upcoming construction projects within the Village of Milford as of July 29, 2022. Projected dates and timelines are all weather permitting.

E. Huron St. Project

Asphalt paving on Huron St and the adjacent streets is complete. Seeding and restoration will take place next week. Pavement markings and signage will follow in the upcoming weeks.

2022 Road Paving Project

Asphalt milling in the Milford Heights subdivision is scheduled to start August 1st, weather permitting. Asphalt paving is tentatively scheduled to start Wednesday, August 3rd, weather permitting. Detailed notices will be distributed to all residents impacted by milling and paving operations.

Work in the Milford Bluffs neighborhood will follow.

2022 Commerce Rd. Project

Road work is tentatively scheduled to start immediately following Milford Memories. Commerce Rd. between Main St. and Oak St. will be closed to thru traffic for the duration of the project. Access for residents and businesses will remain open, with access to the Mill Valley Shopping Center and West Public Parking Lot available from the east.
