The following is an update on current and upcoming construction projects within the Village of Milford as of July 8, 2022. Projected dates and timelines are all weather permitting.

E. Huron St. Project

​Aggregate base has been completed and tested for density. The base course of asphalt paving began July 8^th. Restoration will start next week. Within the next 2 weeks, milling and paving will begin on Fairview St, S Houghton St, Franklin St, and Mont Eagle St. Notices will be distributed to impacted residents.

All irrigation system repairs which were previously noted have been completed at this time. Residents in the construction area who have questions about irrigation repairs should contact the on-site inspector or the contractor.

Huron Street remains closed to thru traffic for the duration of the project.

2022 Road Paving Project

The 2022 Road Paving Project (Milford Heights & Milford Bluffs neighborhoods) will start following the conclusion of the E. Huron project, later in July. The pre-construction meeting recording and presentation are available at www.villageofmilford.org/roads.
