Weekly Construction Update

The following is an update on current and upcoming construction projects within the Village of Milford as of July 17, 2015. Projected dates and timelines are weather permitting.

Drivers are asked to drive with caution through work zones as workers will be present.

Canal Street (Main St. to First St.)

The first course of asphalt will be placed Friday, July 17, 2015 (weather dependent). Please be careful during paving operations as the asphalt is placed at extremely hot temperatures and can burn the feet of pedestrians and pets. Residents will be able to drive on the road once the asphalt has cooled.

Restoration work will begin next week along with general site clean-up work. A second course of asphalt will also be placed once the restoration work has been completed. Residents will be notified of the placement of the second course of asphalt once a date has been chosen.
