City of Troy Building Department is Open for Business
Small Business Stabilization Grant Funds Now Available
The Small Business Stabilization Grant Program is now taking applications until April 6, 2020. As a small business owner (50 employees or fewer) in Troy and Oakland County, you are potentially eligible to apply for a grant of up to $10,000. Funds are available from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Oakland County. For information on the eligibility criteria and application, please click here
The City Of Troy Building Department Is Open For Business
The Building Department is accepting building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sewer and fence permit applications by mail, email, or electronic submittal. Get your plans approved NOW and be ready to go when construction starts back up!
Permits can be paid for with a credit card link supplied upon review approval. Please call 248-524-3344 for additional information or visit the City of Troy website to obtain permit applications. You can email the Building Department at BuildingInspection@troymi.gov.
