Spring is in the air at the Oakland County Market

Enjoy complimentary coffee and doughnuts courtesy of the vendors at Customer Appreciation Days at the Oakland County Flea Market every first and third Sunday through April 21, 2013.
The market is open Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

- Herbs may look like wild plants, but people have been planting and using them to add diverse flavors to cooking for centuries. Learn more about preparing herbs with help from Michigan State University Extension’s Learn to Cook with Herbs workshop on May 25 from 8:30 a.m. – noon.
- Sample a variety of scrumptious food from some of Metro Detroit’s finest food trucks at the Oakland County Market Food Truck Rally with the Michigan Mobile Food Truck Association on June 1 from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Enjoy an exceptional evening of delicious wine, tasty eats from local restaurants and live music at Oakland Uncorked with the Park Foundation and Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce on Aug. 2 from 7 - 10 p.m.
